ALL SALES ARE FINAL
Refunds or Exchanges will ONLY be granted due to defective products and/or errors made on our behalf. Please be sure to select right size, color, and quantity before you place your order.
*Return request are ONLY excepted within 3 days of original purchase.*
If you decide to exchange your item (due to a defective product, or an error made on our behalf) you will have to place a new order. Please contact customer service first at info@christianyoungny.com and allow us to respond within 48 hours before you return your item(s).
Once we receive your return and verify that it is in new, unworn, unwashed, and re-sellable condition with original tags and packaging, your exchange will be made or your refund will be issued back in the original form of payment.

Customers are responsible for returns/costs and assumes all responsibility for any lost return shipments. We advise you to obtain tracking and shipping insurance on your return item(s) through a reputable carrier.
CHRISTIAN YOUNG NEW YORK reserves the right to issue only a partial refund and/or refuse the return if the returned item(s) is damaged, incomplete, and/or does not comply with our polices.
